Implanted Product: Vesscrack Coronary IVL Balloon Dilatation Catheter System
Hospital: Lanling County People's Hospital
Hospital Level: Tier 3
Specification & Model: 2.5×12
Case Summary:
Coronary angiography revealed severe calcification with 95% stenosis in the proximal circumflex artery and 85%–90% calcified stenosis in the mid-right coronary artery.
Proximal Circumflex Artery: Initial pre-dilation with a 2.0×20 balloon showed poor results. A 2.5×12 Lepu Vesscrack Coronary IVL Balloon Dilatation Catheter was then used, delivering four cycles, successfully fracturing the calcified lesion. After significant improvement in stenosis, a 2.5×14 stent was successfully implanted, with satisfactory angiographic results.
Mid-Right Coronary Artery: Initial pre-dilation with a 2.5×20 balloon resulted in limited improvement. A 2.5×12 Lepu Vesscrack Coronary IVL Balloon Dilatation Catheter was then used for two cycles, significantly improving the stenosis in the calcified lesion. A 3.0×19 stent was then successfully implanted, yielding satisfactory angiographic results.
The surgeon was highly satisfied with the performance of the Lepu Vesscrack Coronary IVL Balloon Dilatation Catheter.
