We are pleased to share that our Vesscrack Coronary IVL Balloon Dilatation Catheter System was used in an IVUS-guided Live Case of PCI for a calcified LAD lesion, presented at SOLACI/SBHCI 2026 at InCor – HCFMUSP, São Paulo.

The case involved a 73-year-old patient with CCS III stable angina and stress-induced ischemia.

Target lesion: a heavily calcified mid-proximal LAD lesion with high-risk features, including diffuse calcification, chronic kidney disease (CKD), and left ventricular dysfunction (LVEF ≈50%).

The procedure was completed with an excellent outcome, and Vesscrack demonstrated smooth deliverability and navigation during the procedure, receiving highly positive feedback from the medical team.
