Endoscope surgery is a model for the application of high technology such as electronics, optics, and cameras in minimally invasive clinical disciplines. With the reform of the national medical system, the progress of medical technology and the popularization of advanced medical equipment, endoscope equipment system is more and more widely used in hospitals at all levels.
When the endoscope equipment system is applied to various clinical departments, it will get different names, such as: ventriculoscope, thoracoscope, hysteroscope, ureteroscope, prostate resectoscope, intervertebral discoscope, arthroscope, laparoscope, etc. Among them, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy are the most popular. Different from traditional surgery, it is performed in a closed cavity. Therefore, the quality of instruments and equipment directly affects the effect of surgery, and the correct use of instruments and equipment is also directly related to the success of the surgery.
Now there are many brands of endoscopes in China's domestic market, with different functional designs. However, the basic principles remain the same.
The medical endoscope system is mainly composed of equipment system and surgical instrument system. The surgical instrument system is mainly classified according to the department or the name of the operation. There are endoscopes, special instruments, surgical instruments and disposable surgical consumables used by various departments. We will not introduce it in detail here. Let us mainly discuss the structural composition of the equipment system.
In the equipment system, we can usually be divided into: camera imaging system, image recording system, light source system, artificial pneumoperitoneum system, liquid compression system, electrocoagulation and electrocution system, dynamic ablation system, irrigation and suction system, etc.
1. Camera imaging system:
The system includes a display and a camera. There are two kinds of monitors: conventional CRT and liquid crystal.There are two kinds of cameras: single CCD and 3CCD. At first, there was only one CCD chip in the endoscope camera, and all optical signals were processed by one chip, which is called a single chip camera system. Its disadvantages are low resolution and poor color restoration.
In order to solve this problem, the three-chip camera system (3CCD) was born. Its principle is to divide the light into three primary colors of red, green and blue through a prism, and process them respectively through three chips, so as to obtain higher resolution and color restoration. Today's mainstream camera systems, whether standard definition or full HD camera systems, basically use this three chip technology.
2. Video recording system:
Many hospitals now choose computer-based graphic workstations. The system is divided into two parts: computer hardware and graphic acquisition software.
3. Light source system:
Also called cold light source. The cold light source bulb is filled with halogen and gas, and its output power is 70-400W. Now 300W argon light source is the mainstream product. Its outstanding feature is that the light is strong, with a color temperature of 5600-6000k, similar to sunlight. Covers the entire wavelength range from ultraviolet to infrared.
4. Pneumoperitoneum system:
The function of the pneumoperitoneum machine is to establish artificial pneumoperitoneum, which is to separate the abdominal wall from the organs through the mechanical pressure and inflation of the pneumoperitoneum machine, so as to provide enough operating space for the operation, and to avoid damage to the organs when the puncture cannula pierces the abdominal cavity.
