2019-nCoV Antibody Test KitNeutralization(FLUORESCENCE IMMUNOCHROMATOGRAPHY)  is used for qualitative detection of neutralizing antibodies to 2019-nCoV in clinical samples (serum/plasma/ whole blood).

Fluorescent immunochromatography is a rapid analytical method that combines fluorescent microsphere labeling with immunochromatography.

Principle:

The test kit contains fluorescently-labeled 2019-nCoV Spike Protein (RBD), ACE2 Protein immobilized in test area (T) and the corresponding antibody in quality control area (C).

Operation Steps:

• Step 1

Add two drops (about 20 µl) of whole blood sample/ one drop (about 10µl) of serum or plasma sample to well A.

• Step 2

Add three drops (about 100 µl) of sample dilution to well B, and start timing.

• Step 3

Wait for 15 minutes, insert sample into catridge of immunoassay analyzer to read the results.

Result Interpretation:

Reference Range: Inhibition rate≥20%

• Positive

Inhibition rate≥20%, the sample contains 2019-nCoV neutralizing antibodies.

• Negative

Inhibition rate＜20%, the sample does not contain the 2019-nCoV neutralizing antibodies or its content is below the limit of detection.

• Invalid

No fluorescent signal is detected.
