Job Summary
Position: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the sales of the products developed and produced by Lepu Medical;
Formulate sales strategies to support company growth objectives by achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets for sales growth and margins;
Maintain, develop and manage clients;
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader of Lepu International Business Unit.
Requirements:
Familiar with international trade process and medical devices industry;
Have more than 5 years of sales experience and more than 3 years of management experience;
Familiar with the product line of Lepu Medical;
Have the local resource in sales (like public hospitals, private hospitals and distributors);
Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, passionate about sales work, and be able to work under pressure;
Good communication, planning and coordination skills;
Active in work, with strong learning ability and innovative spirit.
